It seems like the more I walk the more my butt gets flat!!!!
I started walking and the only place I'm loosing weight is my butt. Now I need to know how to get a liittle bit back. I need to know a exercise to get a little bit of hump back.Somebody, anybody help!!!!

Yeah I heard the same thing about the Brazilian workout. I have been walking a little also,but no weight loss yet:-( I have some baby weight to lose..at least 10lbs but nothing yet and I have been cutting back from sweets and fatty foods also but nothing yet. I just started about 2wks ago though. I missed 2days this week though so I am gonna walk this morning. Good luck to us! I need to lose some in the breast area and arms. I tend to gain in those areas :-(

Squats. And do other exercises to lose weight. I did an aerobics class one time and i lost 40lbs in five weeks.
