so I am on my way to work this morning;(if you live or have ever been to Atlanta the traffic here is ridiculous) and the traffic is crazy on I285, this guy . I cant stand driving on the highway in Atlanta. People don't use their signal lights, getting cut off in traffic is an everyday occurrence. My DH is a truck driver so I know he deals with this on a daily basis. What I cant stand is sitting there at a stand still for God knows how long then all of a sudden the traffic just breaks up and your like what in the he!! was holding up traffic. Why do people drive 40 mph in the fast lane? I felt like pulling my hair out and this is before I have to work 8 hrs just to get back in the car and deal with the foolishness again. sorry ladies i just had to get it out/ okkkk vent over
I know exactly what you are talking about, I asked that same question many times when I stick in traffic I say I don't see anything what in the world was holding the traffic up? It's crazy, LOL.... Just hang in there and try to have a nice day. Take a nice relaxing bubble bath when you get home.
i've visited my family down there every year for the past 8 years, and I rarely drive. it drives me crazy that they seem to speed up and slow down for no apparent cause - you are on the freeway, at least go the speed limit. plus, i'm always afraid i'm going to get lost, the loop makes no sense to me, but GPS has helped that.
Ooh, and please don't let sprinkles fall from the sky......people, why are we slamming on our brakes? Sir, why are you damn near in the trunk of my car? Hey lady, I'm in this damn lane don't act like you don't see me damn it! And yes broad it was necessary for me to call you a dumb bitch! Was it necessary for you to cut me off like that is the better question!

Driving in Houston ain't no "picnic in the park" either. Same bullshit drivers,only more of them,here.
I remember when I first learned how to drive and my dad made me get on 285-lawd!! But even though I'm used to it, I can't stand driving in Altanta.
