What really got me was when his coach put his hand over his heart...really showing his sincerity.
My 9yr started this year in football. this is the first week of practice.

They kind of already do...lol (they don't go to hard on the yelling because they are young 7-9yr olds)
They also make them do push ups and/or run laps when even one person does wrong on the team.
