Do you have one dish that you're famous for among your friends and family? Is that the only thing you cook/bake well?
For family gatherings I usually get picked to make the pork greens (DH's cousin makes the greens for the non-pork eaters). I'm also known for my zucchini bread.
I have a few other things that I make pretty good, but DH is a much better cook than I am. I either need a recipe or a lot of experience making something before it's good. He's able to just throw things together until they taste good.

Potato salad!
I did a dill potato salad that I and ODS loved, but DH and YDS hated. Do you put mustard in your potato salad?

Oh my goodness that sounds delish. Can you make me some, please? lol I love Chilean sea bass.

Chilean sea bass on a bed of sauteed spinach w/roasted pepper/onion chutney. It's a great recipe for non cooks like myself.. :)
I always have to make spaghetti or lasagne for gatherings.

I make a really good lasagne also, but I spend most of my holidays with DH's family and they never want lasagne.
