Even though I said I wouldn't, I am... *PIOG* **UPDATE**
So today is my son's 8th bday! 
I promised to take him to the movies and we are going out for pizza. Around 1:30pm who shows up? My ex. He came to wish my son a happy bday and he gave him a bday card in it with $5 inside. Seeing as what happened between us after Christmas and the big blowup I told my son NOT to tell him that we were going out. What is the 1st thing out of his mouth? "Guess what Dad? We're going to the movies!" (gotta love kids huh?)
So my ex asked me what time we were going and what we were going to go see. So despite me saying I was completely done with him in our lives, he is going with us to the movies tonight and then out to get pizza. I hope this turns out well.

UPDATE: Things went well. We went and saw Wreck It Ralph and that was very good movie. It was funny and we all enjoyed ourselves. Even shared a bucket of popcorn. Went out for Pizza and then went to Walmart and bought a new game for his DS3. All in all things went great. So I'm glad my son enjoyed his birthday and I'm glad I didn't have any problems/drama with my ex :D
