A only because the it looks good on that particular model. Have you tried on some wigs before you get the big chop??? I'm sure whatever you choose it will look lovely :)

A I have shorter hair than B but takes a lot to care for but I personally love short hair

I like A, it's more youthful and it looks like you'll have more styling options since it's a little longer at the top.
