Moderate, I had horrible days and okay days. I was mostly sad and  felt a lack of support. It improved with time and help from family but some people need therapy. And while I could have used therapy we didn't have the money for it at the time.

First time around it lasted a year of course at the time I was a undiagnosed manic depressive. Now with baby number two with the change in diet and therapy and breast feeding I am praying things go differently

I didn't have either with all 3 births.

It was very bad with my daughter. My husband's deployment 5 days after her birth didn't help either. I didn't have it with my son.

I never had it. I have 4 kids. My buddy had it but hers seemed mild compared to others. She said it was about 2 months because she couldn't get her daughter to breastfeed and her planned natural birth ended up as a c-section so she was just depressed. She didn't want to hold her baby for a while. But now they are best friends. Her daughter is 11 now.

I had it with all 3 of my girls, but the worst was with my 2nd DD. It was borderline PPP. I had to leave her in the care of my mom for a month while I straightened myself out.
