My first time cooking in the new place. I want to make some Kansas strip steaks with seasoned potatoes and brusel sprouts. Ive never cooked brusel sprouts before or had them, how do they taste? Im assuming the taste like cabbage...lol they look like mini cabbage!

They do taste like mini cabbage.. its rare that I have them bc Im the only one that likes them, but whenever I do I buy the steamable kind. no cooking for me today; the kids won't be home until close to bedtime.

I love brussel sprouts with ketchup (only way I would eat cabbage as a child)

Today we're having

fried chicken breast strips
Potato Salad
Brown/wild rice mix
Spinach
And hawaiian sweet rolls (I'm addicted to them)
