Okay question cause my in laws and the friends of my husband get on my nerves. I take very well care of my seven month old baby and because she cries when I leave the room they say she is spoiled and sometimes she doesn't want everyone to hold her.

Babies can't be spoiled , you are his primary care taker of course he's going to want you more, when they are little they need us. People just need to imagine not being able to talk barely move around and can't do anything for themselves of course they will be scared when their eyes, ears, legs, mouth, and hands (aka you) left them in the arms of someone else.

Babies know who they prefer. It's not being spoiled. End of story.

A baby can't be spoiled. Besides that, they develop separation anxiety at a certain age. It's normal. They realise you are the centre of their world and they are terrified when you are out of sight, that you won't come back. They feel lost. So ignore those dummies and care for your kid. That's why you're the mom and they - aren't.
