My daughter and I were watching a preview of Sisterhood of Hip Hop and she starts talking about how she wants to be a singer. She has a beautiful voice but I don't want her caught up in that industry. I'm a little disappointed that she doesn't wanna do something else when she grows up. I think too many kids are intrigued by the glitz and glamour of that world and I just don't want that for either one of my kids. What happened to children wanting to be doctors, lawyers, etc.? She expressed before that she wanted to be a hairstylist and own a shop. I'd much rather she do that but once she's old enough to decide which career path she wants to take, what can I really do about which way she chooses to go? Anyway, what do your kids want to be when they grow up?
