After a long day, while dealing with stress or after an upsetting situation? What do you do to 'woo-sah'?

Music,a dark room, and breathing exercises.. Also meditation and/or prayer.

For me that would be laying across my nice bed on top of my soft plush blanket naked.

Long hot shower with the water running over my head,Yoga, meditation or talk with my 2 really good friends

Vent to a friend makes me feel better than getting their perspective sometimes calms me down and we laugh and carry on..

Well it use to be a nice bath but now with the baby I shower and go. So I put her to bed watch the cooking network and have some chocolate before I fall asleep

Take a hot steamy bath while reading a ratchett urban novel and watching any of the Housewives franchise reality shows on my 30" TV that I had my husband to install in our bathroom, lol
