AJ Jewell's Death was not a murder?... Can U believe this???

Okay...  this is crazy.  They have already arrested a man in the death of A.J. Jewell (ATL Housewives' Khandi's finance)... but now they are trying to say he had a heart attack???

WHAT???   WHY???

My thoughts - even if he had a heart attack, was he not just in a knock-down brawl that more than likely contributed to such?  It sounds like someone's paying the cororner... or something crazy going on here...

if he did have an heart attack that is sad because he was fairly young  but the guy who is arrested his charges need to be dropped because it wasnt murder clearly. if they are goin to charge the guy with anything then it  should be some type of assault but i dont think they should blame the guy for AJ having a heart attack. anything can trigger one u know

Well if the fight resulted in him having a cardiac episode which resulted in his death, the charge should be involuntary manslaughter. It's definately a tricky case for the DA on what charge should stick. But from what I have seen in other cases, such as a robber breaking into a house frightening an old lady who then has a heart attack and dies, they are usually charged with a manslaughter charge. Because in the act of commiting a crime, robbery in this case and assault in AJ's, someone died. It's sad all the way around.

Ifeel this would be the way to go. Either way it is just sad and unfortunate so young. And my heat goes out to his children and Khandi after their relationship became so public with the show. Happy her mom was able to move on before all of this happened.
