Try checking www.momportunity.com. There's TONS of legit at-home jobs that you can do from home (all are free to apply for, and you don't have to pay to work). They include jobs for major corporations like 1800Flowers and American Airlines. There's customer service, data entry, online tutoring, etc., etc.

There's also plenty of tips about starting your own home-based business (that you own yourself... not selling makeup, cleaning products, or stuff like that).

AND there's a page of dozens of sites that can help you earn "free money" online, which can really add up and help out with the family budget. When people tell me that they "need money quick," I always suggest they start on the "free money page," and start accumulating some extra money while they apply for at-home jobs. The free money will hold them over until they start getting regular paychecks.
