Is it safe to use use frozen milk that I pump while I have thrush or should I not freeze it?

A 0.22 second google search for 'thrush, freezing milk' yielded this result:

Makes sense to me -- hope it helps.

I have thrush and I nurse my son to my breast. It is best to keep doing what you are already doing even though you have thrush.
