Wow- it's been just about 8 months! My son and I have made it 8 months! We have had some of the typical BFing issues, ranging from latch to mastitis and everything in between(including very sharp teeth!)... But there isn't one day that I am not grateful for :)
I am so happy that I have stuck to my commitment. Everyday, I get to hold a thriving baby boy. I get those happy moments with him.
Without bottles to clean up :)
No, really. It's one less stress. I know what my baby will be eating- I know it will always be on hand. I don't have to worry about having it in the diaper bag-more room for me to forget the diapers :)
Here is to many more months of BFing- I think I may very well be up for my son deciding when we stop :)
