Where can I buy fenugreek? Ive heard it ups your milk supply and I am drying up really fast even with pumping every 2 hours!

I bought mine at GNC. They have a lot of stuff to up your supply but you can't base what you get off of what you are pumping. I tried the fenugreek and it gave me a migraine but the Mother's Milk Tea helped a little bit. Tell them your situation at GNC and they can show you what you can take and how much.

I honestly can't remember but you can find it at GNC.com. They should have all of their products on there.
You can also go to amazon.com and drugstrore.com. It might be cheaper on there.
