today is the one week mark since my DD was born and i am so proud to say that since she was born she has only had 3/4th ounce of formula and that was only because her blood sugar was really low. she as not taken a bottle at all since and shes been a BOOBY BABY all the way. i was worried i couldnt do it but shes doing great and i am doing great. she hasnt had any problems either she was born (tuesday 2-2-2010) 7 lbs 15 oz when we left the hospital (friday 2-5-2010) she was 7 lbs 8 oz and yesterday(monday 2-8-2010) at the drs she was 7 lbs 14 oz!!! so shes gaining weight and eating great i am so excited. i was so worried i couldnt do it!
Wow! You go girl. And you CAN do this. I hope everything goes smoothly for you in the future and you are able to breastfeed for as long as you desire.
