Night weaning advice needed

I've been working on night weaning my 13 month old since just after her birthday, she was nursing every 45 to 60 minutes and sometimes would just comfort nurse for hours which was exhausting to say the least. She sleeps from 6:30pm to 6:30am and now nurses to sleep and gets up again around 10:30 to nurse again when I go to bed. Am I expecting too much to try and get her to drop the midnight and/or 3:30am feedings?? I've tried offering her water at midnight and that just pisses her off lol. I let her nurse on demand during the day, that doesnt bother me at all. I'm a single mom and my older child is autistic, I REALLY need my sleep or it's very difficult for me to handle my older child appropriately.

i used dr. jay gordons advice to get her to stop nursing so frequently at night but its these last 2 that she is absolutely refusing to do away with.

My son still nursed those times when he was that age too and the thing is he had STTN from 5 weeks to right around then except for growth spurts here and there.  By 15 months he had backed off and rarely nrused at night.

If your LO going back to sleep after nursing?  If so count your blessings because MANY kids do not.

YOu can shorten those night nursings as in minutes allowed to nurse and then gradually cut them out...

Yeah she's been going back to sleep after nursing since like 3 months old and has done the 6:30 to 6:30 sleeping only waking to nursing since 6 months. I'll try shortening them a bit. Thank you.
