I had made my dd's bottles for tomorrow yesterday, and one bottle was two ounces short.  I pumped this morning, and put the freshly pumped milk in the bottle that was short before I cooled the milk!  SO there was one ounces of refrigerated milk and i poured two ounces of fresh milk in the bottle.  I should toss it, shouldn't I?

Nope. Use it.  I used to pump when ds was in the hospital for months, and I would pump, and put it all in one bottle.  It's ok to do that.

I always added straight to the cool bottle, my break at work was only 10 minutes, and my daughter did perfectly fine and healthy with it

yeah i think it should be fine as long as the old milk wasn't more than a couple days old. don't waste it, at least throw it into some mac n cheese or make popsicles out of it, but don't throw it away!

No!  No reason to toss it!  You can mix the two...just don't leave it out, put it back in the fridge.
