things to avoid?

ok so I have read alot about how to increase my spply. I amjust curious what things can decrease your supply, like being dehyrated,will that do it? i am going back to work in about 4 weeks and trying to avoid my supply dropping. thanks!

Nursing less and dehydration. Oh and antihistimines.(sp?)

Best things to avoid? Scales. Ignorant pediatricians. **grin**

Keep up your water, pump every three hours when away. EXPECT one half to two ounces per pump session. More is gravy. Know that baby needs one to 1.25 ounces per hour you're away, no more. Discrouage bottle feeding in the last 90 minutes or so before you come home...you WANT baby to be very hungry when you arrive.
