I have been trying to perfect how to breastfeed and pump t the same time, with no real luck! My baby is 6 months old and cn be pretty wiggly when attempting this!

So I was wondering if you ladies could explain how you achieve this??

THANKS MAMA'S!!!

my lo is 7 weeks but not that wiggly yet. i use the football hold and prop her up with pillows. i get her latched then hook up the pump! i have also used my nursing bra and fixed it so the shield could be held by both flaps, i do this when i double pump

As DS got older and more wiggly I had to train him not to grab the pump (I think he got jealous!) just like I had trained him not to bite or scratch when he was younger.

Football hold works best, but my son is 8 weeks so its still easy.

ALSO rig up hands free or have a Freestyle that comes hands free to get it to work
