im 6 months pregnant with baby #3 i tried to bf with my first 2 but i admit i just gave up after a couple weeks of low supply. I am determined to do it this time. Im starting school on july 22nd and will graduate when she is about 8 months old. My question is how do i build up a frozen reserve so when i return to school daddy can feed her. I know will have to pump during my mat leave but when do i pump if she is on breast every 2-3 hours i dont know anything about bf. please help !!!!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Pumpp while nursing, baby one side and pump on the other, every AM nursing. YES, baby will get enough. You can only run out if you remove your breasts or go on estrogen birth control. Milk is made WHILE nursing. It doesn't store in your breasts. They're factories, not thermoses.

Expect one half to two ounces a session, store in two to three ounce increments.

Baby needs merely one to 1.25 ounces per hour that you are away.

Here's the part that most moms find hard. DO NOT use any of your stash till you're back to school. Save it. Every drop.

Plan pump breaks while at school.
