Warm showers always helped mine feel better. Warm compresses or a heating pad to the area. I've also heard that cold cabbage leaves can help. You can express a little milk, but the more you express the more you'll make! When my son stopped bf at 17 months, it took about a week for the achiness to stop and to feel normal again.
