worried

I just started working 3 weeks ago. And I feel like my supply is much lower then it was before.

I am pumping but I only can get 6-8 oz in 10 hours of work. ( I have never ever been able to pump much ever)

But my boobs do not seem to fill up like they where, before. DD is 8 months now, and I dont want to start to give her formula ( she nurses when I am home and refuses most milk but 2-3oz when I am gone)

is this fine?

You're getting 6 to 8 ounces a day for an 8 month old?  By PUMPING?  Dude, I hate you! :P

That is EXCELLENT!  Just let her have some sweet potatoes or something if she's still hungry during the day and nurse when you get home.  She's PERFECT and so are you!

Yes most of the time, and its at night as I am still at work ( overnight shift) I do not pump if I am only working 5 hours. It just seems that I am not getting engored anymore.

She eats normal food with daddy and more of it when I am away. ( and water) she has never taken to a bottle, really..

You don't WANT to be getting engorged! You are doing perfectly! Can you imagine being engorged for the whole time you were nursing a baby? It would not be fun (though we would all look like porn stars!) Really, you are doing great and everything is normal!

If you feel like your production is low, check your fluid intake levels- are you drinking enough water?  I know if I don't drink enough I don't pump as much either.

If she is only taking 2-3 ounces while you're gone, that means she is reverse cycling and making up for it when you are there.  That is fine.  Are her diapers still good?  If so, then she's perfect.
