A Lump... Is it because of BF or something... worse!?

Today while i was going to nurse my daughter i noticed that i have a lump in my left breast. Its pretty close to the surface (it stuck up when she was nursing on that side, that's what made me notice it) and its just outside the nipple ring (I'm too lazy to go look up what its called right now... LOL). Is this a "normal" BFing lump... or something worse?!

I have had very hard and some times painful lumps in my breast from a milk gland not releasing but never on the areola (brown part around nipple)  All I can tell you is not to worry to much and nurse on that breast first every feeding and if it had not gone away in a week go to the DR.  Good luck :)
