Up all night?

So, my darling 4 month old DD is driving me crazy. She is up every 2 hours again at night. Then last night, she slept for 4 hours and then ate every 30 minutes for 2 hours. Why are we regressing? Is it a growth spurt? She eats enough/normal every day. Am I right in thinking she's too young for food?

DS did this also at 4 months. I think it was a growth spurt. However, he will be 6 months next week and still wakes 3-4 times a night to nurse (he's teething right now).

My DD is 4 months and she has been waking up more at night too. I hope it is just a growth spurt.

Babies' sleeping and nursing patterns change frequently due to growth spurts, teething, new milestones, separation anziety and many other reasons. It will not last forever.
