Sinus/head congestion

My first post to the group...I have a 4 month old DD that is EBF.  Today I started having sinus/head congestion and wondering if there is something I can take that is not medication to help with it before it decides to move to my throat and chest.  I drank some peppermint tea and have some Vicks and a humidifier going, but not sure beyond that. Any ideas?

ANything Tylenol. No more peppermint, though... it's a known drying agent.

Petti pot..>I highly recommend that and something warm such as a towel over your face(sinuses).  I have a towel sewn up with rice in it.  I throw it in the microwave and warm it and lay it over my face.  That helps to clear out any yuck and works on my headaches MOST of the time.
