Anyone ever use these bottles? My MIL ordered them for me when she ordered my pump yesterday. They will be here tomorrow and i am excited to use them. They sound like they will be awesome Just wondered if anyone has ever tried them and what you thought of them. They are cool looking and sound like great bottles for breastfeeders...

Here is the description from the site:

Product Description

From the Manufacturer

The Breastflow Starter Set is a great gift for expecting and new moms. The kit includes everything needed to get started: two 5 oz bottles with Stage 1 nipples and bottle covers, two 9 oz bottles with Stage 2 flow nipples and bottle covers, a unique snap-to-bottle container, and bottle brush. Breastflow is the only feeding system that requires both suction and compression, just like breastfeeding. The nipple is designed to mimic the breast so baby can latch on and to encourage the same mouth and tongue position as breast feeding. The double nipple system requires both suction and compression, just like breast feeding and baby controls the flow of milk. It's the bottle most like breastfeeding. The Breastflow System is ideal for nursing moms who would like to introduce a bottle, are returning to work, or need to supplement while their baby is in day care or with a caregiver. Because Breastflow bottles so closely mimic the feel and action of breastfeeding, care givers can bottle feed baby while Mom is working and Mom can still continue to breastfeed. Breastflow bottles are bisphenol-free (BPA-free).

I used them with Rhylee. I worked a few hrs a week and had to have something to feed her and these were the ONLY bottles that she would take from me or DH for the longest time. They were pricey and couldn't be found near me. I just happened to find someone online with a few unused.

My dd hated them. Plus a little bm was always left in the bottle and to me every drop is important! We switched to Tommee tippee. She seems to like them better, but she only gets a bottle once in a blue moon so it is hard to tell :)

I have them. I used them for my 2nd and once in awhile use them with my 4 mo old. My sister also uses these with her son.

I bought them hoping my son would use them, but he won't take them. He bites on the nipple and spits it out.

They do sound awesome!  I want some!  We gave DD her first bottle yesterday (with pumped milk) and she drank it WAY too fast.  Took her about 15 minutes to drink 3.5 ounces...it usually takes her about 45 minutes at the breast.

totally depends on babe.  they are supposed to be closest to the breast because of the way the babe has to work to get the milk out.  with that said, olive hated them, and the outer nipple collapsed all the time.  she went through 5 bottles before deciding the tommee tippee was acceptable. but, i know lots of mamas swear by the breastflow.

Same with my DD, she couldn't work them. DH ended up just having to use the Medela ones that came with my pump.
