Ok I know I can't eat deli style meats while pregnant because of listerosis (spelling?)
Can I eat it while BF? I'm tired of nuking my ham & turkey for sandwiches.

lol, I never followed those rules.  I have lunchmeat (unheated) at least twice a week and I'm 7 months pregnant.

Honestly, the lysteria is a concern for people who have weakened immune systems.  For some reason, they consider pregnant women to have weak immune system.  I however, am healthy as a horse when pregnant, and I'm pretty confident I have a super immune system.  ;)

Deli meats were never off limits...BRIE was off limits due to listeria concerns. Deli meats are not prone to them.

Once you've had the baby, wave bye-bye to all pregnancy restrictions. You want it, you can eat it.
