He's sick :(

Little man is running a fever and his appetite hasn't been too great since last night. We are 10 weeks into BFing so I'm sure it's pretty well established by now. My question is, since his feedings aren't as frequent or as long, should I pump a little to maintain my supply? Or are we at a far enough stage that it should be ok without pumping?

If he's not eating like normal, then yes, I would pump to maintain supply at current levels.

I would. You don't have to, but it cannot hurt.
