can i brush my daughters teeth as usual while she's being treated for thrush? she's got 8 of them. i'm afraid using her toothbrush will reinfect her. can i wash it in the dishwasher, or do i need to get her a new one? i don't want to go 11 days without brushing her teeth!

I'd get a new one.

I'd get a new toothbrush to use when thrush treatment is done, and one of those sylicone "finger brushes" to use WHILE you are treating her, as those can be more easily and thoroughly sanitized in between uses.
