Hey ladies I'm wondering if you guys have ever heard about this? What's your opinion? For real? Big scam? Would (should) I be able to take it while nursing? Fire those of you who haven't heard the link is to the list of ingredients...
I'll ask my OB before starting anything just wanted other's opinions...

I don't see anything inherently dangerous in the ingredients... but if you're looking at a meal replacement to lose weight, don't. Doesn't work to keep weight off.

Meal replacement is the modern era's version of snake oil, I'm afraid!

Lol that's true. I'm actually looking for a meal holder. My mornings are so ridiculously busy I don't very often get a nutricious breakfast. I'm hoping maybe I could make these the night before and just grab them so my first meal isn't at 11 or later.

I use shakeology, but I also do P90 and Insanity, they work and are chock full of essential vitamins and "stuff" for lack of a better word right now, they are spendy, but you get what you pay for and they are definitely a quality product, about two weeks after I started drinking them, my appetite decreased and I felt a ton more energy.
on a side note it did not affect my supply at all and I am a chronic exerciser.
