Large breast, small frame = uncomfortable underwire

I gave up underwire after I got a breast infection. But, I'm just so saggy, I miss my underwires. Why do they have to hurt so much when you have a small frame and large breasts? What other options are out there, or is there a brand that might make underwires more comfortable?

Do they poke you in the underarm too?

I am in the same boat. .. The only bra I have that doesn't poke me is one I bought from motherhood maternity. It cost a ton but is super comfy.

I'm 5'0" 118 lbs, 36 D, and love this bra. It's the only one that doesn't rub my sides while providing support.

Victoria has those wireless push up bras.

Pretty, but I would fall right out of that.
