So due to bf I have big boobs now, when I do jumping jacks and try to jog my boobs bounce every where and strain my back. I really want to get back into jogging but can't due to the fact my boobs distract me and hurt my back. What's a good sports bra or any one have any suggestions on what to do?

Nike makes one, the name has slipped my mind, I'll try to look it up. But its back support and breast support. I have back issues and my SGT told me to go get one to help me out. It was before I had my son though. And they usually only sell them at stores for bigger busted women. Let me see if I can find it. I think there is another brand that makes one too... I'll try and look for them.

I bought one of these Enell bras and it lasted me for years! I would seriously consider buying another if I had the money. But trust me, they're worth it!

Another Nike vote - go to sports authority/ big 5/ etc and check out their section of sports bras.  I'ts *very* firm in support, conforms to your shape but has very little if any movement.  There are no mesh segments on the one I'm thinking of.  It's called the Nike Pro -
