Im just wondering because I have noticed a drastic decrease in my supply. My dd is only 4 months and we both are sick :( I keep trying to nurse and pump, but she wont stay latched on and im not pumping as much as I was the past couple days. I have had to give her fomula because she wasnt getting enough. I know some will bring up her diaper count, only after I supplement through the day does she reach the amount she needs to be having.

I was just sick the other day with the flu...dd is almost 2wks old and I just made sure I drank lots of water. I didn't notice a drop in my supply.

Yes, illness lowers supply. Incrfease your water.

It's also normal to start pumping less at this point.Normal output is half an ounce to two ounces total.
