milk coming out his nose

Ben is almost 18 months old.  On May 9th, he had his tonsils and adenoids out.  Since then he has been steadily getting better.  I noticed though, that when i nurse him laying down, milk is coming out his nose.  Is this okay?  Should I stop nursing him this way?  We bed-share so I nurse him laying down a lot.

That happened to my son a lot when he was younger.  It's just fine.  In fact, it seemed to help his allergies lol.  But, he outgrew it by 5 months or so.

It won't hurt. In fact, it may help!
