how do you prepare apples can you freeze them and how do you sever them do you just unthaw in fridge or in a pan

Please buy organic apples:)  yummy

I peel them and put them in boiling water until soft and then I puree them in a food processor. Then I freeze them in ice trays and thaw in fridge but I don't know why  a pan wouldn't  work..  Apples are watery after freezing, though.

thanks i was thinking fridge but just if i want something quick pan and def organic i know they r one of the dirty dozen

I peel, core, chop up then make applesauce. I leave it chunky after mashing w/potato mashed and freeze in cubes as normal.
