How many days will it take for the pressure in my chest from weaning to go away.  I have tried lots of things but bf is not getting any easier. I am really proud we did it for 2 months but now just want it to be over.  Also, is hand expressing the best way to go to relieve pressure? or can I use my pump?

If you weaned suddenly, it could be a while. Yes, use your pump to get the pressure down or you're in for mastitis.

Pump once per nursing session that you were doing. Then drop a pump session in a few days. Then another. And another. Till they're all gone. Expect about two weeks.

Alternartely, see your doc for YAZ. Start tomorrow, dry as a bone by Monday. YAZ birth control is a known supply killer. Other estrogen birth control will have similar effect.

You can also get No More Milk Tea form a health food store.

Congrats on two months. It's longer than most women do.
