Does anyone know how much it costs?
Should I go get a physical and the ok to start diet&excercise before I start?

I am not sure how much it costs, but you do need a doctors clearance if you are bfing I believe. At least you did 5 yrs ago.

They did have a plan specifically for breastfeeding.

 I don't know about the meetings, but I did an online plan before I got pregnant and it was $40-$50 something for the first 3 months (3 months + enrollment fee, although you can find specials with free enrollment every once in a while) and $17/month after that.

I looked it up ladies&since I'm a student,I only have to pay 25 for the first time,then 10 dollars a week after that. They meet twice a week. And I can do it even if I'm nursing. :D
I'm planning on going&sitting in on a meeting this saturday.
