Can someone explain what a vasospasm is?

And is reglan on the $4 genaric list?

It's when your blood supply clamps down on you. In terms of breastfeeding it's usually when you unlatch the baby and your nipple is white, like the blood is pinched off and not refilling the area. And when it does refill it can be painful. More people have problems with it when its colder. Kind of like when your leg falls asleep when you sit on it funny and you get pins and needles as the blood returns.

You've had vasospasm explained. Metoclopramide is the generic name. I would not expect it on the $4 list; those tend to be pretty thin.
