QUESTION: GOING BACK TO WORK

Ok I am returning to work this evening. I work retail. So My question is: I am going to pump once today and leve it in a bottle for DH to give him while I am gone. When I pump at work. I will be putting the milk in a lunch thinging that came with the pump. It has ice packs. Now am I able to freeze what I pump when I get home or does it have to be used right way?

Totally fine to freeze. I always kept mine in a insulated bag with ice packs and the refrigerated or froze later.

Exactly what I do. Sorry so short, will add more when I don't have a baby melting down on me.
