When do you do it? Do you pump right after baby finishes nursing?

I produced so much milk that I had to pump after ds's 1&2 ate...but my sister only pumps when she is at work...to keep up with charlie's schedual...

It would depend on the reason for pumping.. :o)

If I was away from baby, I would pump for missed feeds. If increasing my supply, I would pump while nursing on the other side and pump after as well. If it was because I had to be away from baby, I would pump in the morning before baby woke up.
