How do you dry up your milk?

I've still got a few months until I will need to do this, but what is the best way to start drying up your milk?  I pump exclusively and give the breastmilk to my son in a bottle, so my body is used to producing on the upwards of 45-50 ounces per day (I pump about 4 times per day).  I make too much milk as it is, and am wondering how to start to dwindle the amount down- eventually to nothing.  Any advice would be extremely helpful!

Just back off the pumping slowly. I would start by shortening sessions gradually and then cutting them out since you produce so much milk. This will wean you from the pump. Milk drying up is variable and can take months. Estrogen containing BC pills can expedite things if you'd like.

Drinking sage tea can also dry you up. I would wait til you are completely done pumping to try it. I don't know how fast it works
