My boobs hurt so bad! Everything has been great. His latch hasn't changed. I had my tubal ligation on Tuesday.... Could hormones be causing all this pain? It's been getting worse over the last 48 hours- feels like I'm all bruised and REALLY hurts every time he nurses, the whole time! :(

Aww! 4 days? Congratulations!!! I was always sore when he was a newborn, but it got better after about 5 weeks.

I wouldn't think it would be hormones at all because they really shouldn't have changed much.  Could it maybe be thrush?  I know I had that problem when I had it and I got it right after a surgery as well.

Is it ur boob or nipple , boob hurting could possibly be a clogged duct .

It's possible, but I've had thrush before, and it doesn't feel like that. There's no burning or shooting pains, it's just really tender.
