Oatmeal

I know its good for supply, but I've heard that you HAVE to eat "steel cut oats"
I have no idea what those are...I know the instant oatmeal doesn't work because of whatever they do to make it instant but what about regular quaker oatmeal or even the quick oats...do those work?

 From what I understand, it's the B vitamins in the oats the help with the supply ;)  For some people, instant oats DO work...for some people, even steel cut oats won't work.  It just depends on your body etc.  I found that making Lactation Cookies, which use regular quaker oats, worked WONDERS for me...

I eat oatmeal the instant kind and it works for me also my mil and my mom make no bake cookies and they help alot to

Steel cut are best. Instant can help.

I like The Silver Palate Thick & Rough oatmeal, even when not nursing. Flavor it up with artificial maple syrup (the flavoring is fenugreek) for added kick.
