If you've used both the Ameda Purely Yours and the Medela Freestyle or PISA, which do you prefer and why? I am buying a new pump before this baby comes and can't decide. I have used an older model Ameda and liked it, and also had a PISA and liked that but found the suction could have been better (it was new and a 2010 model). I am tempted to go with the Ameda this time but on the other hand I really want to try the Freestyle!

I have used both. The ameda was smaller and quieter, but besides that I didn't see mug difference. My response was the same to both.

Thanks! The Ameda is cheaper (right now anyway) so that's another factor. I just don't want to choose the wrong one after spending so much money, but I'm guessing either would be fine.

Yea I personally think they are equally great and once you get into that price range to me it's a brand preference

I have used both and to me they are pretty equal. I would get whichever is cheaper.

Thank you for your input. I am using my flex spending account to pay for it so the money is already there...figured once I decide I'll just watch sales and jump on one. Thanks again!
