Hello mamas!! (: hope everyone here is having a great week (:
I am rebecca. have one toddler (boy - 3.5yrs old) and am 10wks away from having another boy (:(: ... planning on breastfeeding him at least 6mo to 12mo.. I breastfed my oldest for 6wks but could not handle the pain from him sucking and the fullness in my chest so I gave up. Am hoping that with this group and some other *in person* help from consultants in town that I can keep my baby-to-be off of formula at least 6-12mo. (:(:
Happy I found this group. (:(:
Hello!
My daughter is 18 days old and my stepson is 7. I love being a mom and I love breastfeeding. It's such a wonderful experience bonding with my daughter this way. Yesterday she ate nonstop and today she is mostly sleeping. Funny how every day is so different still. Anywho, I commend all of you wonderful ladies for feeding your youngin's the way God intended!
Hello. Just want to remind ALL those first timers who want to BFeed...not everyone MAKES MILK!! This caption is wrong above. Our little one was dehydrated due to NO MILK! Please, don't overlook this possability and RUSH to the Dr. immediately if you suspect bfeeding is not providing milk or you suspect a problem. This can be serious. Just sayin'...be diligent.
Hi I am Bridgette and I my youngest daughter is one week old. I have two older girls ages 4 and 6 and two foster children ages 1 and 2. This is my first time breast feeding and am looking for any advice I can get.
