Does anyone suffer side effects from low estrogen levels while nursing?

I developed vestibulitis from my 1st delivery. It worsens or reoccurs with low estrogen. So before perood or while BFing. I just delivered number 3 and I seem to have pelvic organ prolapse (not severe or protruding) which can be worsened or not heal until nursing is ceased...ds is 2.5wks old :-/

My specialist treats vestibilits with low dose steroid injections till I wean, or when preg it goes away. I obviously cant take estrogen while nursing. I haven seen her about prolapse yet.

If have low estrogen symptoms, do you do anything for it? Any natural options? Oh my pelvic specialist used be LC very long ago lol but still, shes never pushrd weaning. Asked once when oldest was 5 months if I planned keep nursing so she could make treatment plan then never asked again.

Weanings an option but I wouldnt do it. Formula allergies run in fam, both soy n dairy...not to mention 20 months of my discomfort although sucks, is wortj the benefits for my kids, especially with allergy/immune issues.

This is what I found. I hope no other experience with it. Black Cohosh was mentioned.
