It can be done...just lot of work. A good hospital pump, pumping schedule and sjin to skin can help

I have to pump about 60% of the time. My son was born 7 weeks early. You can do it. It just takes a lot of work.

It can be done, much harder, and for some does not work because the pump just isn't as efficient as the baby but there are exclusive pumpers.  Does she know how often she has to pump to keep supply up, especially now in the beginning?

Entirely possible.  My friend did it for 9 months and stopped after that due to a ridiculous work schedule stressing her out.  But baby got 11 months of milk!  She was making plenty of milk the whole time.
