How do you ship breastmilk? How long is it good on dry ice?

FedEx will do it. I always did overnight, and there was no issue. I don't think I'd do two day and certainly not ground. **grin**

Put your frozen milk in bags (in case they leak) then in a thick white cooler, then put the cooler into a box. Dry ice is best. (UPS will take dry ice up to 5 lbs before you have to declare it). Overnight is the BEST way if you don't use Dry Ice, but it is well over double the cost of second day.

Check out the CM site MilkShare for a couple links on how to pack/ship. Also, there are some nice tutorial clips on YouTube!
